AdvoCare 24 Day Challenge

Started a new regiment last week.

First step: Herbal Cleanse.

Let's talk about this...I will be the first to admit that I have mixed feelings about "cleanse". I have heard pros and cons concerning cleansing ever since Hollywood started to make them popular and the "I have no life" minions jumped on the latest bandwagon, their favorite actor/actress was on.

So whenever someone posts that they are doing "so and so cleanse" and how hungry they are or how nasty it is on Twitter/FB/Instagram/Foursquare/Yelp/Snapchat/Path/Jelly/Pinterest/ or the next greatest social media delivery system, I cringe and want to "dislike" and comment "moron".

OFF TOPIC - Yes I left Google+ out of the list. Why? Because it's stupid. Yes I am on Google+, their solution is to force people to use it. With all the great applications they have, stop trying to be Facebook. Just buy FB, integrate it into Google and scrap +

ON TOPIC - so weight loss became a bigger concern than whether a cleanse was going to give u the squirts for a month or block u up like rush hour on the freeway. And there have been some studies recently about how all of the processed junk we eat now sticks in our intestines and the best way to get out the remnants of the stuff (you shouldn't be eating anyway) is a cleanse. With the understanding u have to replace the good bugs that live in your GI track and are essential in digestion.

So, weight loss, cleanse, idiots. That brings me to trying AdvoCare. I have three days left in my cleanse and I am hoping only 3 days left of feeling like a bloated sea cow waiting to give birth while peeing every five minutes and seeing a man about a lot of horses!!  But to be fair, I like the fiber drink (reminds me of cream-o-wheat), is that weird?  The morning Spark drink has grown on me and I now enjoy it. The herbal cleanse pills are not bad, they just taste like butt.  And the meal replacement drinks are awesome.  So all in all I'd say its going splendid so far. They do also provide some great tools.

Next I move into the Max Phase which is said to be about fueling my body to achieve maximum results.
