Ur Company Should Use a CRM, dummy! p2

So at work we use Microsoft CRM 2013. We were trying to get away from hosting our own crm onsite thus we went with a 3rd party hosted solution.

*we will be switching to MS 365 online hosted at some point. I will go over why and what the added benefits in-tail below.

Why 3rd party hosted or as it is called by Microsoft, on-premises third party hosted?  As anyone who hosts their own exchange, crm, phone, etc. server,  it's a pain in the butt. Not only do you have to make sure the software is up to date and functioning correctly but for smaller companies it means a windows server you have to keep up with and the hardware and OS. It can be a real time suck and very expensive to keep up and fix.

I started writing this but I dont want to go through all of the why/becuase yada yada blah blahs.

But what about SalesForce, I hear they are the bees knees!!!!  Yea, it integrates with a lot of stuff out there but its compartmentalized to insure Sales Force makes a lot of money (which is not a bad thing, just don't like that every little extra thing you want to do or add is an "add-on" ) [Think in-game purchases, meh!] at an extra inflated price because they are the big kid on the block and can.  It just isn't a superior product to justify the huge cost you will have to shell out.

Microsoft CRM 2013 is a very good CRM, best I have used and easily customizable. There is a great community out there who can help with issues and customizations.  Microsoft also has a very good support team for CRM.
